A little about me

I currently reside in the Old Pine Lakes section of Myrtle Beach with my wife Stephanie, son Jack, and baby on the way!!! We are Beach people and enjoy the ability to golf cart to the beach and walk to many different restaurants and grocery stores. We are in love with the lifestyle that Myrtle Beach provides and could not imagine living anywhere else.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2006 with a degree in Finance, I went to work with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage writing home mortgages, During the economic downturn in 2009, I made a shift into the Property Insurance business writing Insurance for State Farm and eventually a Local Insurance Brokerage who was well equipped to service properties along the Grand Strand and Close to the Ocean. It was in 2014 that I was presented with an opportunity to join a good friend in the Commercial Construction business which set me up for the transition to Real Estate Sales using all the tools from my previous careers combined.

For home buyers this previous experience in Banking, Insurance, and Construction really helps me to guide Home Buyers in making the correct decision for which home is right for them, as well as being able to quickly figure ownership costs and expenses they can expect if purchasing a home that needs a little TLC. I have a passion for helping first-time home buyers but enjoy the hunt for all buyers whether they are upsizing, downsizing, or looking for investments. I am with you every step of the way from the initial consultation to getting out and viewing potential properties, negotiating a purchase contract and communication with all vendors to ensure a timely closing, everything down to attending your closing and follow up after your purchase!! This is a concierge experience; you will never be handed off or left on your own in the home purchase process!

For home sellers, I work with many Home Buyers each year, so I am plugged into what the buyers are expecting. As an active real estate investor, I am a home seller as well. In addition to client’s homes, I sell several of my own homes each year so when I am giving advice it’s not just lip service. These are tried and tested techniques designed to bring you the best outcome in a sale. As with home buyers I am with you every step of the way, from the initial consultation, to staging and photographs, management of home showings, to negotiation of a sales contract, communicating with Closing Attorneys and coordination with vendors if repairs are need, everything down
to attending your closing, and follow up after the sale is complete! This is a concierge experience you will never be handed off to an inexperienced team member.
